ReneSola, a technology provider of solar photovoltaic (PV) products, has entered into an agreement with SolarMax, a Swiss solar inverter and system monitor manufacturer, for inverter sales.

ReneSola has also completed the sale of first SolarMax inverters to Black Rock Solar.

ReneSola America president Kevin Chen said ReneSola is delighted to cooperate with SolarMax in providing bundled solutions to our customers with both high quality modules and inverters.

"The high-efficiency and durable inverters optimize our solar energy generation, increasing the yield of ReneSola PV modules," Chen added.
"We firmly believe that this new partnership will help to make better renewable energy products in the future, which will benefit our customers with more efficient and more advanced solar power systems."

Along with ReneSola Virtus II 305W modules, the nine SolarMax 18kW inverters will be installed for a 204kW solar power project at Western Nevada College in US, as part of first sales deal.

The solar system, featuring the latest inverter technology from SolarMax, will produce around 324,000kWh per year as well as power numerous classrooms, labs and administrative offices for the college.
