The project is being developed by Windplus. EDP Renovaveis, Engie, Principle Power and Repsol are currently owning the project. The turbines will be mounted on floating type foundations.

Windfloat (Windfloat Phase-IB) will be equipped with Vestas Offshore Wind V164-8.0 MW Offshore turbines. The phase consists of 2 turbines with 8.4MW nameplate capacity.
