The project was developed by ENGIE North America. ENGIE North America, Axium Infrastructure and Mitsui are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 40%, 30% and 30% respectively.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 55 units of V80-1.8 MW turbines, each with 1.8MW nameplate capacity.

Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project for a period of 10 years.
