Description
The project was developed by Tenaska Pennsylvania Partners. The project is co-owned by Diamond Generating, J-POWER USA Development, Kyuden International and Tenaska, with their respective ownership stake of 25% each.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Dominion South and Texas Eastern Corp..
