Description
The project is being developed by Ritom. Swiss Federal Railways and Azienda Elettrica Ticinese are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.
Ritom Replacement Plant is a pumped storage project. The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 48 million cubic meter. The project is expected to generate 150 GWh of electricity.
