Description
The project was developed by Acciona Energia. Acciona Energia Internacional, JPM Capital and MUFG Union Bank NA are currently owning the project.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 40,000 households, offsetting 293,800t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Western Farmers Electric Cooperative under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 123MW.
Contractors involved
M. A. Mortenson was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.
Nordex was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 82 units of AW-82/1500 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
