Description

The project is being developed by Green Earth Power (Thailand) and WElink Energy UK. The project is currently owned by Green Earth Power (Thailand) with a stake of 100%.

Minbu-GEP Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 344 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 350,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 210,000 households.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Electric Power Generation Enterprise under a power purchase agreement. The power will be sold at the rate of $0.127kWh for a period of 30 years. The capacity to be procured is 170MW.

China Triumph International Engineering and Meta are expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Jetion Solar (China) will be the supplier of PV modules for the Minbu-GEP Solar Park (Minbu-GEP Solar Park - 1).

SMA Solar Technology is likely to be the supplier of 2 of its Sunny Central 1000SC-XT inverters to the Minbu-GEP Solar Park (Minbu-GEP Solar Park - 1) site.

China Triumph International Engineering is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the solar PV power project for a period of 10 years.
