Description

The project was developed by Renewable Energy Systems Americas. Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure and EDP Renewables North America are currently owning the project.

The project generates 1,121,280MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 110,000 households, offsetting 900,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Lone Star (Lone Star I A) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G83-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 9 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Lone Star (Lone Star I B) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G87-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 36 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Lone Star (Lone Star I C) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G87-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 55 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Lone Star (Lone Star II A) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G87-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 22 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Lone Star (Lone Star II B) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G87-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 52 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Lone Star (Lone Star II C) is equipped with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy G87-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 26 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

GES Global Energy Services is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
