Description

The project is being developed by Zhangpu Strait Power Generation. Yangtze River Three Gorges Group Fujian Energy Investment and Fujian Funeng New Energy are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 65% and 35% respectively.

The project is expected to generate 1,330,000MWh of electricity. The project will be spread over an area of 59.4km² and will be interconnected by 35kV inter-array cable.

Development status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2023. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by June 2025.

Fujian Zhangpu Liuao D Wind Farm (Fujian Zhangpu Liuao D Wind Farm Phase 1) will be equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology. The phase consists turbines with 10MW nameplate capacity.

Fujian Zhangpu Liuao D Wind Farm (Fujian Zhangpu Liuao D Wind Farm Phase 2) will be equipped with Dongfang Electric DEW-G5000-140 turbines. The phase consists of 20 turbines with 5MW nameplate capacity.

Fujian Zhangpu Liuao D Wind Farm (Fujian Zhangpu Liuao D Wind Farm Phase 3) will be equipped with Goldwind Science & Technology. The phase consists turbines with 10MW nameplate capacity.
