The project is developed and owned by Engie Energy Services International and TTL Energy Sdn. The owners have 50% stake in the project respectively.

The project generates 212,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 11,800 households, offsetting 139,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
