IBC SOLAR and Suntech Power Holdings have signed a sales agreement to supply 50MW of Suntech’s solar panels by the end of 2012 to resellers and installers across the world.
The new agreement is built on the long term partnership between the two companies who joined forces in 2004 to supply quality solar systems to resellers and installers.

Suntech Europe vice president sales and marketing Vedat Gurgeli said working closely with reliable and high-value business partners such as IBC SOLAR is central to our long-term strategy.
"The combination of our high-quality products with the local knowledge and experience of our partners provides a good recipe for success," Gurgeli added.
IBC Solar board member Norbert Hahn said some of the criteria that the company uses to qualify products and brand partners include technology expertise, recognized certifications, consistent quality and long-term product availability.
"More specifically, we value module manufacturers who invest in research and development to continuously enhance product performance and to deliver the most robust solar modules available on the market," Hahn added.

IBC and Suntech together accomplished a number of rooftop installation projects that include the 3.45MW energy generating capacity plant in New Fair Stuttgart, Germany and two 5.75MW solar plants located in Osyan and Warora, India.
