The National Renewable Energy Centre of Spain (CENER) has selected AdvanceBio Systems’ SuPR2G bench scale pretreatment reactor to perform research and development work for the production of fermentable sugars from biomass feedstocks rich in lignocellulose.
The SuPR2G system hydrolyses a variety of agricultural feedstocks such as corn stover, sugarcane, bagasse, and switchgrass which will be useful for the pretreatment of the feedstock.
