American Jianye Greentech Holdings, a green energy developer, has signed a technology agreement with Taiwan Solar Energy.
As part of the deal, both the companies will build a new solar farm in the state of New York in US.
The companies also agreed to promote cooperation in the field of independent power producer (IPP) project for solar power generation, as well as in engineer, procure, construct (EPC), operation and maintain (O&M), consults offering, exchanging related information and expertise.

American Jianye Greentech Holdings CEO Chu Li An said the new agreement will allow both the companies to increase production and sales.
"We believe that the marketing force and technology offered by Taiwan Solar Energy combined with the additional value of American Jianye will make us a leading proposition in the green tech field that is consistent with US government policy initiatives in the area of green technologies," Li An added.
Taiwan Solar mainly focuses on the projects of new energy agriculture farms, new energy power plants, BIPV power plants in cities, power nets reserved and energy storage systems.
American Jianye offers solutions for green transportation, green energy and sustainability, and integrates its own native advanced technologies along with third-party technologies and systems to provide customers with the most effective and economical solutions.
