AEG Power Solutions, a subsidiary of 3W Power, has signed a five year global framework agreement with BP to provide IEC compliant AC & DC UPS Systems for BP’s Global Projects Organisation.

The latest agreement will allow the BP’s global project teams such as EPMS and EPC contractors, to access AEG Power Solutions international resources to supply IEC AC & DC UPS Systems.

AEG Power Solutions Industrial Power Solutions VP and GM Gert Buist said the company is proud to be part of BP suppliers.

"This contract is of great significance in many respects and does reinforce that we are very much a highly respected and acknowledged custom solutions provider capable of engineering solutions for the most challenging of applications where safety and reliability are crucial," Buist added.

With 22 facilities, AEG comprises two business segments that include Renewable Energy Solutions (RES) and Energy Efficiency Solutions (EES).
