Construction for the wind power producing facility, which is in Jack County, had been initiated in December 2013.
The plant is equipped with 55 of Vestas’ V100-2.0 MW wind turbines, which have been installed by the developer RES Americas as well.
Operations and maintenance of the wind turbines for the first five years will, however, be looked after by Vestas.
RES Americas chief operating officer Andrew Fowler said: "The successful completion of the Keechi wind project included RES Americas self-performing the installation of 55 wind turbines.
