The JV will be responsible for developing turn-key waste-to-energy projects on a build-own-operate model (BOO).

Alfa Eco will provide turnkey and BOO support with all required components in place such as power purchase agreements, feedstock, among others.

As per the agreement, Bluesphere role includes arranging full financing for the projects and acting as the project integrator on the waste-to-energy projects.

Bluesphere CEO Shlomi Palas said the latest JV partnership with Alfa Eco would support the development of various joint waste-to-energy projects.
