Hussein Basma is an associate researcher at the ICCT. His research focuses on the development of local and regional policies to tackle the environmental burden of commercial trucks and buses by conducting high-quality quantitative research. Hussein's areas of expertise cover zero-emission heavy-duty vehicle technology analysis and economic assessment. Hussein holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Electric Mobility from Mines ParisTech (France).
