Indian renewable energy company Suzlon Group has obtained a 200MW wind energy contract in India from Ayana Renewable Power, the first such order it has won from the company.
The project is located in Limbawas, Madhya Pradesh (MP). It is Suzlon’s third wind energy order under its DevCo end-to-end execution model, which now covers two Indian states, MP and Andhra Pradesh.

Under the Ayana agreement, Suzlon will be responsible for supplying and installing 64 units of its S144 wind turbine, each with a rated capacity of 3.15MW.
Suzlon will also deliver turnkey engineering, procurement and construction services.
These services include turbine supply, land procurement, balance of plant, installation of a pooling substation, extra-high-voltage line work, commissioning, and subsequent operations and maintenance.
Electricity produced from the project is set to be integrated into the MP Power Management Company (MPPCL) state grid.
The latest contract means Suzlon’s S144, a 3.x MW platform, has now exceeded 10GW in cumulative orders.

Ayana’s wind project in MP represents its entry into this segment within the state, with Suzlon acting as the primary technology and service provider.

In December 2025, Suzlon won new wind turbine orders from Yanara, an Asia-Pacific renewable project developer, covering two projects in Rajasthan, India, with a combined capacity of 306MW.
