
Yingli Green Energy’ wholly-owned subsidiary Yingli Green Energy International has signed an agreement with AMB Energia Wytwarzanie, a subsidiary of AMB Energia, to co-develop 30MW of solar projects in Poland.
Under the terms of the agreement, AMB Energia as a local partner will fully develop the projects while Yingli will provide support throughout all project stages.

The team aims to sell the turn-key projects to investors.
The agreement is a part of Yingli Green Energy’s strategy to transform from a pure module supplier into a provider of integrated solar energy services by identifying and working with local partners in key markets across the globe.
