Both the firms will deploy significant capital under the UK’s Renewables Obligation Certificate (ROC), the Feed-In Tariff (FIT) and Contract for Difference (CfD) programs.
The utility scale market segment is anticipated to increase until April 2015, when the ROC scheme is due to be modified.
As per the existing proposals, PV power plants larger than 5MW will be removed from the ROC program.
Since 2012, Camborne has old over 100MW of large-scale ground mounted solar projects in the UK.
