Puget Sound Energy (PSE) in the US has extended service agreement for its Whiskey Ridge, Wild Horse and Hopkins Ridge wind projects for 10 years with Vestas Wind Systems.
Featuring 214 V80-1.8 and 22 V80-2.0 MW turbines, the projects have a combined capacity of 429MW.

The three power projects, all located in central Washington, have been serviced by Vestas since commissioning.
PSE director of wind resources and asset management John Mannetti said:"PSE is excited to continue our excellent partnership with Vestas.
"They’ve serviced these sites from the beginning of our wind program, and we’re glad they’ll be continuing to work with us as our assets progress through their lifecycle."
Under the extended contract, Vestas will offer its services for the wind projects till up to 2025. The deal also includes a time-based availability guarantee to support the maximum of turbine utilisation and productivity.
