In April 2014, the UK Government had given a final investment decision enabling contract (Contract for Difference) to Hornsea, which is now waiting to obtain a fixed tariff rate for the first 15 years of production.
With Hornsea, DONG expects to complete its strategic target of installing 6.5GW of offshore wind projects by 2020.
