Asia Clean Capital (ACC) and Kyocera (China) Sales & Trading Corporation (Kyocera) announced a cooperation agreement on a 100MW solar PV project in the Suzhou area of Jiangsu province in China.

As per deal, ACC will finance the solar system project and Kyocera will provide technical support, engineering design and other services.

The 100MW solar photovoltaic will be installed on the rooftop of across all Fortune 500 foreign-funded companies’ plants and office buildings as well as other target projects that meet the strict set of criteria accepted by both parties.

ACC CEO Thomas Lapham said: "Kyocera produces some of the most advanced and reliable products in the PV industry.

"The win-win cooperative relationship between Kyocera and ACC will tap each firm’s respective advantages and make a significant contribution to improving the environment."

ACC is one of the major clean energy solutions developers that caters the needs of large MNC’s and domestic firms across China.

The Hong Kong-based company focuses on rooftop solar projects, as well as invests 100% of the project, which includes costs and provides the design, engineering, equipment, government approvals, installation, and long-term maintenance of solar systems.

The company also has its additional office in Beijing, China.
